Worksheets

Printable Worksheets and Games are in “Print on Demand Format” [PDF]. Select the one you need and save it to your computer for later use or print it from this website. After printing, participants can handwrite directly on the worksheet. This large worksheet format makes them easier to write on and more useful than the smaller versions in the Kids on the Grow Activity Guides.

Online Worksheets are in “Print on Demand Format” [PDF] and can be filled in online. Youth and helpers can use
them as they do activities in the books. Helpers can print copies of the worksheets and pass them out to youth to
fill in the worksheets by hand. They can also use these Online Worksheets while at their computers by typing right onto the form. You can type comments online by moving the hand tool over an area that you want to fill in, if the hand tool turns
into a cursor, you may then click and begin to type. Select anywhere else on the page with the hand tool to leave a
text box area. Any areas with zeros are places that will automatically tally a total score for you, and if you want to
keep your work just save as usual.

Printable Certificates are in PDF. Select a certificate and save it for later use or print it directly. After printing, helpers can handwrite participant names and sign and date the certificates.

Printable Evaluation Forms are in PDF. Select an evaluation and save it for later use or print it directly. Participants in the Kids on the Grow project can then circle the rating on how they have grown.
